Like most specialists, I’m an out-of-network provider. I provide a superbill (itemized receipt) for potential insurance reimbursement.

Reimbursement

Clients with out-of-network benefits receive up to 70% of my fees reimbursed (after any deductible is met). Please contact your insurance company to verify if you’re eligible to receive reimbursement.

• Helpful questions to ask your insurance company include: 1.) Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health treatment? 2.) Is there an out-of-network deductible, and if so, how much is it?
