How I Help
Practical, creative and deeply human.
Creative wellness coaching blends mindfulness, personal growth strategies, and expressive arts to support emotional well-being and self-discovery.
Each session integrates wellness practices, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation strategies, creative exploration, and goal-oriented reflection to help participants reconnect with themselves and cultivate lasting well-being.
This work is designed to help you create meaningful external change while feeling more grounded internally.
Coaching Vs. Therapy
Coaching is short-term, solution-focused, and stays mostly in the present. Usually 4-12 sessions.
Coaching does not treat mental health issues, or diagnosis, and is not a replacement for therapy. It is for women who feel stuck and want to try a different approach to wellbeing.
In coaching, I will primarily use values clarification, vision planning, mindfulness tools, creative exercises, accountability support, confidence building, goal mapping and stress reduction strategies.
Therapy relies on psychological frameworks to reduce distress, untangle deep-seated pain, and build long-term emotional stability. Psychotherapy focuses on mental health treatment and can help you explore the root causes of feelings and behaviors. Emphasis is placed on how past experiences affect present day. Therapy addresses and treats mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
In therapy, I will mainly use modalities such as DBT Skills, EMDR, Art Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
