What is Creative Life Coaching?

Creative life coaching blends personal growth strategies with mindfulness, creative exploration, nervous system regulation tools, and goal-oriented support.

Unlike traditional coaching that focuses solely on productivity, creative coaching helps you uncover what’s underneath the overwhelm so you can move forward with intention. Together we may explore:

  • Identity shifts

  • Confidence building

  • Creativity blocks

  • Career transitions

  • Boundaries

  • Stress management

  • Purpose exploration

  • Vision building

  • Emotional resilience

Coaching Vs. Therapy

Coaching is short-term, solution-focused, and stays mostly in the present. Usually 4-12 sessions.

Coaching does not treat mental health issues, or diagnosis, and is not a replacement for therapy. It is for women who feel stuck and want to try a different approach to wellbeing.

In coaching, I will primarily use values clarification, vision planning, mindfulness tools, creative exercises, accountability support, confidence building, goal mapping and stress reduction strategies.

Therapy is typically more in-depth, clinical and places emphasis on how past experiences affect present day. Therapy addresses and treats mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

In therapy, I will mainly use modalities such as DBT Skills, EMDR, Art Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
