A bi-weekly online sanctuary for restoration
Join our Mindful Art Therapy community. A restorative space to step out of autopilot, and into a creative community for reflection, connection, and emotional wellbeing. Through guided mindfulness practices, meditations, and expressive art-making, you’ll explore deeper self-compassion and renewal. Facilitated by licensed, registered, and board-certified art therapist, Emily Davenport. No artistic experience required.
This group is for you if you:
Are craving an outlet for self-expression or reflection
Want to join a supportive community
Are seeking greater insight, stress relief, and deeper self-understanding
Would like to cultivate self-compassion and soften your inner critic
When: Every-other-Wednesday starting April 1, 2026 -October 2026 (6-month Rotation)
Time: 9:30am – 10:30am (ET)
Location: Online Investment: $50 per group Enrollment: Rolling admission until July.
What To Expect:
Each meeting, expect a unique wellness theme paired with a guided meditation to foster insight
Mindful art-making prompts designed to spark reflection
Dedicated time for creative expression with art materials
Space for many forms of creativity including art making and/or writing
Optional group sharing and supportive conversation

The group will meet ever-other-week. For continuity, we ask that you commit to at least 1 session a month for the 6- month timeframe to ensure continuity.
That being said, you can stop at any time.

No! You don’t need to be considered “artistic” or “creative” to benefits from this group. Art making can be thoughtfully adapted to your comfort level.

This group is designed for adults of all ages who are yearning to feel more connected and increase their wellbeing.
This is also a great group for those looking to reconnect with their creativity or those looking for an expressive outlet. *Please note this is a wellness group, not a therapy group.

No. This is a wellness group. Joining this group doesn’t constitute a therapist client relationship, nor it it therapy. If you’re looking for treatment for a mental health condition, I can provide referrals.

I offer six month rotations every other week starting in April. New members can join up to July on a rolling basis. After July the group will be closed to new members.
