What to Expect
Whether we’re meeting in the therapy room, a workshop, or a coaching session, my philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone possess innate goodness, and the capacity to feel more resilient.
My techniques are grounded in evidence-based and holistic methods including; Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Psycho-education, EMDR. and cognitive behavioral strategies rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Working with me often looks like a combination of heart-centered conversation, guided meditation, experiential learning, and creative self-expression. Our work together will create an opportunity to become more self-compassionate and connected while gently challenging habitual patterns and stories that no longer serve you.

No. There are various ways that I infuse creativity into session such as with guided visualizations and creative writing if art making is not ‘your thing’.
You don’t need to be an artist or artistic to work with an Art Therapist.
