Licensed Art Therapist, founder at Davenport Creative Arts Therapy

Emily Davenport is a NY and NJ licensed board-certified Art Therapist, published author, supervisor, mother of three, and mental wellness expert. She specializes in anxiety and trauma treatment, coaching and workplace wellness. With over 16-years of clinical experience, she integrates evidence-based approaches, including DBT Skills and EMDR, with mindfulness practices and Art Therapy to create a non-pathologizing approach to wellbeing.

Whether we’re meeting in a workshop, or in an individual psychotherapy session, expect an experiential, supportive space with structured art therapy prompts, meditations, guided visualizations and open dialog.
