Welcome! I’m Emily, a Licensed Art Therapist, wellbeing specialist, and owner of Davenport Creative Arts Therapy, PLLC.

I help individuals and teams move out of overwhelm into resilience. Services integrates creative, somatically-oriented and experiential modalities rooted in evidence-based practices.

I’m hold specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness-Based Methods and Art Therapy.

  • No. There are various ways that I infuse creativity into session such as with guided visualizations and creative writing if art making is not ‘your thing’.

    You don’t need to be an artist or artistic to work with an Art Therapist.

  • In-person in my Eastchester, New York therapy office and online throughout New York State and New Jersey.

  • I provide individual therapy for women and parents, parent coaching, and workplace wellness workshops. I offer in-person and virtual services.
