I’m passionate about providing trauma-informed mental health treatment and wellness services that help women heal anxiety, and trauma. My approaches to wellness is grounded in creative, holistic and evidence-based methods.

Hi, I’m Emily Davenport. As a Licensed Art Therapist, I specialize in integrating modern cognitive behavioral approaches with creative self-expression, and mindfulness.

If you’re looking for a trauma-informed approach to wellness that emphasizes non-pathology, creativity, mindful self-compassion, let’s talk!

Sessions often include a combination of conversation, expressive art-making (or writing), and mindfulness practices such as guided meditation and breathwork. Through these methods, you can learn to regulate your nervous system and live a more joyful life.

  • No. There are various ways that I infuse creativity into session such as with guided visualizations and creative writing if art making is not ‘your thing’.

    You don’t need to be an artist or artistic to work with an Art Therapist.
