What to Expect
Whether we’re meeting for therapy, parent coaching, or in a workshop, our work together will be guided by my core belief: that every person holds innate goodness and the capacity to heal.
With over 15-years of clinical experience, I offer evidence-based and holistic wellness services integrating Art Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and cognitive-behavioral strategies.
Working with me looks like a combination of heart-centered conversation, guided meditation, experiential learning, and creative self-expression. Our work together will create opportunities to become more self-compassionate and present while gently challenging unhelpful habitual patterns and creating new paths forward.

C-PTSD may develop in response to experiencing ongoing childhood abuse or neglect, as well as inconsistent, invalidating, or emotionally unavailable caregiver(s).
